Welcome to the new stage of culinary delights

At the newly opened dining experience 'Teppan Zendokoro Kanaya,' launched in July 2023, we proudly present the Kanaya-style kaiseki course with teppanyaki as the centerpiece. Our teppanyaki restaurant offers the finest Tochigi wagyu steak, fresh seafood, and locally sourced Tochigi vegetables, showcasing the deep flavors, aromas, and umami of carefully selected seasonal ingredients in their purest form. Combining Kanaya's traditional Japanese cuisine with French techniques, our chef creates a lively dining experience right before your eyes. Enjoy not only the rich flavors but also the meticulous details, including the delicate presentation, tableware, and modern aesthetic. Indulge in an exquisite dining time for adults to savor.
